STOLEN UTILITY TRAILER CASE SOLVED THANKS TO ATTENTIVE CITIZEN
CASE SOLVED!
Thanks to our social media posting, and a tip into Wood County Crime Stoppers, the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department solved the case of the stolen utility trailer.
The surveillance video that showed the suspect vehicle was also key in determining how the trailer was stolen.
Officers located and recovered the stolen utility trailer this morning. The suspects attempted to deface and paint the identity of the trailer.
One person was arrested and another will be charged with the theft.

ATTENTION NIXLE CRIME SOLVERS!
The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department needs your help.
On November 24th, 2014 at about 2:44pm in the 400 block of Pine St. A five-foot by eight-foot utility trailer with the words on the side "Rugged Raider" was stolen. A home surveillance camera captured the vehicle leaving the residence with the trailer.
The vehicle was was occupied by two male subjects and the van is a Maroon mini van and possibly a Pontiac.
