November 30, 2014 continued:

11/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 73, of Port Murray NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 11/21/14 at approximately 11:36 PM officers were dispatched to W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for the report of an intoxicated man attempting to operate a motor vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with the male, who was attempting to drive away. Further investigation revealed that the male was intoxicated. He was processed and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and refusal to submit to a breath test. He was released with a court date.

11/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 57, of Washington NJ, and a male, age 35, of Hampton NJ. On 11/21/14 at approximately 10:17 PM patrol was on location at the Quick-Chek on Rte. 57 W. and Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township when he was alerted to a dispute. Upon further investigation, the officer determined that the two males had caused a disturbance inside the store. It was also determined that the first male, who was the operator of the motor vehicle, was intoxicated. The second male was charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date. The driver was charged with maintaining a nuisance and for driving under the influence (DUI), his BAC was .19%. He was processed and released with a court date.

11/22/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 38, of Elizabeth NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2600.00 out of Newark and Elizabeth NJ. He was processed and released with new court dates.

11/22/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 25, of Washington NJ, for a $284.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township NJ. She was processed and released after posting bail.

11/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 56, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct, a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and a local ordinance for consumption of an alcoholic beverage in public. On 11/24/14 at approximately 4:37 PM officers were dispatched check the welfare of a male subject staggering on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officers arrival contact was made with the male, who was consuming an alcoholic beverage in public. While the officers were speaking with him he became belligerent towards the officer and was acting disorderly. He was processed and issued summonses for disorderly conduct, maintaining a nuisance and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in public. He was released with a court date.

11/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 33, of Washington NJ, for a $120.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. He was stopped on Rte. 57 in Washington Township for using a hand held cell phone while driving. The male was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while using a hand held cell phone and driving with a suspended license. He processed and released after posting bail.

11/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 51, of Flemington NJ, for a $400.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/24/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 23, of Washington NJ, for aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstruction of the administration of justice and disorderly conduct. On 11/24/14 at approximately 11:52 PM officers were dispatched to the Skyes Gap in Oxford Township for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the officer located the suspicious vehicle and made contact with the occupants. The female, who was one of the occupants, was belligerent and continually interfered with the officer’s investigation. When the officer placed the female under arrest she resisted arrest and engaged in a physical altercation with the officer. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.

11/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 43, of Washington NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 11/26/14 at approximately 10:58 PM patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for careless driving on Kinnaman Ave in Washington Township. Further investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated. He was processed and charged with careless driving and driving under the influence (DUI). Mr. Nicholas had a BAC of .12%. He was released with a court date.

11/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 44, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $140.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. The male was stopped on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for driving with a suspended license. He was processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended and released with a new court date.

11/28/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 21, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $304.00 out of Washington Borough NJ. She was processed and released with a new court date.

11/28/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Washington NJ, for an $81.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

11/28/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 39, of Washington NJ, for a $1445.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. The male was stopped on Belvidere Ave in Washington Township for driving with a suspended registration. He was issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended and released after posting bail.

11/29/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 53, of Washington NJ, for a $300.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/29/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 46, of Parsippany NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 11/29/14 at approximately 10:46 PM officers were dispatched to a residence on Douglas Lane in Washington Township for the report of a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with the female, who had just arrived and was involved with the disturbance. Further investigation revealed that she was intoxicated. She was processed and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and failure to exhibit documents. The driver had a BAC of .18%.

11/29/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 26, of Washington NJ, for a $304.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. The female was processed and released with a new court date.

11/30/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 26, of Washington NJ, for criminal mischief. He was processed and released with a court date.

11/30/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 37, of Washington NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.
