On 11/27/14 at approximately 1:30 pm, Bryan Mendoza was last seen leaving his residence in the area of Bloomfield Ave. and Orange Ave. in the city of Cypress on foot. Mendoza is 18 years old; however, he is developmentally disabled with the mental capacity of a 12 year old. Mendoza carries no cash/credit cards and frequents parks. He is possibly traveling to Santa Ana, CA
