On 11-30-2014 @ approximately 8PM, Patrolman Chiarelli of WPD arrested two juveniles for damaging three mailboxes in the Candlelight Village section of the Borough. While patrolling in the area of Kingsberry Lane, he observed a juvenile leaning out of a 2003 black Ford pkup truck and throwing mock orange fruit balls at mailboxes. Mailboxes struck were knocked off of posts and/or damaged. Patrolman Chiarelli arrested a 16-year-old male from Elmer and a 16-year-old male from Monroeville. Both juveniles were released to parents, pending hearings in the Salem County Family Court.
