Full Notification

On 11/23 at 9:32 AM an unknown male and unknown female entered Rite-Aid located in the city of La Canada-Flintridge.  They slowly went through several aisles of the store, adding items to a cart and filling it completely.  At 12:27 PM, the female pushed the cart full of merchandise out of the store without paying.  The female passed the cart to the male who took the cart and ran to the rear parking lot and out of view.  The items stolen were primarily toiletries and cosmetics.  

Female: brown hair, thin-build, wearing a black headband, black jacket, black shirt, and black/white shoes (possibly Converse). 

Male: black hair, goatee, wearing a grey/black hoodie, white shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. 

Both are believed to be in their 20s.
