The 21st annual Shop with a Cop event in Elko is scheduled for Saturday, December 13 , at 9:00am at Kmart. Local law enforcement, firefighters, ambulance, EMS, and emergency responders will take 100 children that may not have a Christmas this year, shopping at Kmart to spend $200.
Children will meet at Flagview Intermediate School and eat breakfast with emergency responders. After breakfast around 8:45am, we will take the children in our patrol cars and parade down Idaho Street, up Mountain City Highway (lights and siren) to Kmart to shop.

If you would like to donate to this great program, you can stop by the Elko Police Department, Elko Sheriffs Department, or the Nevada Highway Patrol office (next to DMV), or mail a check to:
