LAPD Topanga Div seeks your help in locating a missing 13 year old child, "Esteban Carrillo".
Physical Description: Male, Hispanic, 4'9" tall, 95 lbs/thin build, brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, blue jeans and gray shoes.
Last seen: Near the 8700 block of Hanna Avenue in West Hills. Last seen on Thursday, Dec 11 between 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm.
