Burglary reported in the 3000 block of Oakham Place. Officers responded around 2:15 pm when a homeowner discovered that a rear window had been opened and an electronic tablet had been stolen. It is suspected that this occurred between approximately 12:30 pm and 2:15 pm. Neighbors reported that they observed a young, black male in that area in that timeframe who was "looking for work". He is described to be in this teens or 20's wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. If anyone has any information regarding this incident are encouraged to contact Inv.
