Press Release: NPD 1400-4637 Robbery Investigation (Dollar General, 633 Westfield Road, Noblesville) 12.15.14
On December 15, 2014 at approximately 2:02 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department responded to the Dollar General located at 633 Westfield Road (Noblesville) in reference to a report of an armed robbery. Officers arrived on the scene a short time after the call was dispatched.
Based on witness statements and evidence at the scene, it is alleged that an individual came into the store and demanded money from a store employee. The employee indicated that the individual displayed a silver handgun during the robbery. The suspect was given an undetermined amount of cash and fled the store immediately thereafter. The suspect was last seen driving a white or silver vehicle and was observed traveling west on SR 32.
The suspect is described as a white male, 30’s, approximately 6’ 01”, 200 lbs., mustache, short hair, wearing a Chicago Bears baseball cap, blue jeans, winter coat with hoodie underneath, and tattoos on his hands.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were called to the scene to collect evidence and investigate the incident. The business was closed for approximately an hour while investigators gathered information and spoke with witnesses.
The case remains an ongoing investigation.
