West Monroe Police Dept is working a hit & run which occurred in the 100 blk of Arkansas Rd. on Friday, 12/19/14 @ approximately 2:29 p.m. The suspect is a white/male, dark hair & mustache, driving a blue 4 door car. The suspect was seen in the Chevron station on the corner of Nth 7th St & Arkansas Rd. He left the store and drove east on Arkansas Rd. The vehicle side swiped an oncoming car in the 100 blk of Arkansas Rd., & then drove onto the levee for approximately 200 yards, & then drove back onto Trenton St. in an unknown direction.
