Sunday Night Shooting 
On 122114 at approximately 10:30 PM Officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department were dispatched to 1600 11th St to United Regional Health Care in reference to a subject that had been shot. Upon arrival they located Marcos Javier Garza (H/M 110375) of Wichita Falls. He was being treated for a gunshot wound to the torso. According to early reports Garza was in the 1800 block of Rose St when an unknown suspect approached him and fired a gun. The suspect then fled on foot. Garza was then taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Detectives along with the Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene and are currently investigating.
