Scam Alert: A common phone scam is still occurring where the caller purports to be from an electric provider 
demanding back payment for unpaid utilities. Typically, the caller requires the customer to pay using a Green Dot card. This is a scam. Do NOT send payment as we are not likely to recover any funds.
