A Flood Watch remains in effect from Wednesday evening through Thursday evening.
The rain will become heavy at times late Wednesday through Wednesday night and into early Thursday. This may lead to rivers and streams to rise to near flood stage. Also urban and poor drainage flooding may also allow for rises in some of the faster reacting creeks and streams. 1 to 3 inches of rain is expected from this storm.
