On 12-23-14, Officers from Criminal Investigation Section, Organized Crime Unit,Tactical Unit, and SWAT Team served a search warrant at 705 Barwise in reference to the shooting that occurred on 12-21-14 at MLK and Cleveland. Ricky Fleeks (DOB 02-27-80, age 34) was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for one count of Aggravated Assault and booked into the Wichita County Jail. His bond was set at $1,000,000.00.
