Publisher's Clearing House Scam still active in Ripon. If you receive call from them telling you you won it is scam 
Ripon residents in the 748-745 exchanges continuing to get calls from a male foreign subject advising resident that they have won $30 Million and a new car. THIS IS A SCAM coming from outside of the US. Do not participate. Publisher's Clearinghouse does not operate in this fashion. They are asking Ripon residents to come up with $30,000. Caller ID indicates calls are coming from 760-748-4126. This is a scam! Do not participate!
