* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP AFTER 3 PM THURSDAY WITH THE HEAVIEST
SNOW EXPECTED BETWEEN 5 PM AND 11 PM. ADDITIONAL HEAVY LAKE
EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT AND
CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...3 TO 6 INCHES THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING
WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOW
BANDS DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT.
* SNOWFALL RATES...UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR DURING THE PERIOD OF
HEAVIEST SNOW.
* VISIBILITIES...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST TO NEAR 25 MPH DURING
THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING BEFORE SHIFTING NORTHWEST OVERNIGHT.
THIS WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND
