Warsaw Warming Center Established 
The City of Warsaw has established a warming center at the Center Lake Pavilion on Thursday and Friday, January 8 and 9, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for relief from expected sub-zero temperatures and dangerous wind chills. The Center Lake Pavilion is located at 119 E. Canal Street in Warsaw.
