Winter Weather Advisory Issued for City of Marshall. Hazardous Weather Possible begining Thursday afternnon and continuing through Friday.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST FRIDAY...

* HEAVY SNOW BEGINS AROUND 3 PM THURSDAY AND CONTINUES INTO FRIDAY.

* 1 TO 3 INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY TONIGHT WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* TOTAL SNOW 4 TO 8 INCHES BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* WIND GUSTS NEAR 45 MPH WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* VISIBILITIES OCCASIONALLY DOWN TO A FEW CAR LENGTHS.

* WIND CHILLS AROUND 10 BELOW.

* DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WITH SOME ACCIDENTS AND SLIDE OFFS.
