On January 8, 2015, investigators from the Noblesville Police Department submitted case information to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office regarding the investigation of a former teacher of the Noblesville School Corporation. The Noblesville School Corporation notified investigators of the alleged incident on December 17, 2014. Since that time, school officials have been cooperating fully with investigators from the Noblesville Police Department and Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office.

As a result of the investigation, charges have been filed against Michael Andrew Douce, 31, of Fishers, IN for the following:

Child Seduction (I.C. 35-42-4-7) Level 5 Felony (2 counts)
Child Seduction (I.C. 35-42-4-7) Class D Felony (2 counts)
Child Exploitation (I.C. 35-42-4-4) Level 5 Felony
Contributing to a Minor (I.C. 35-46-1-8) Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts)
Burglary (I.C. 35-43-2-1) Level 4 Felony
Dissemination of Harmful Matter (I.C. 35-49-3-3) Level 6 Felony

Bond: $50,000.00

At the time of this release, Douce was still wanted on the above warrants.
