BLACK ICE CONDITIONS ON U.S. 223 
TRAVEL ADVISORY: Roads continue to be snow covered and slick. Black ice conditions exist on U.S. 223 west of Blissfield. Numerous accidents in that area. USE CAUTION. Remember to buckle up and leave plenty of distance between your vehicle and the vehicle ahead of you. Stopping distances greatly increase in these conditions.
