* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE 20S THROUGHOUT THE MORNING WHICH WILL CAUSE LINGERING MOISTURE ON ROADWAYS TO FREEZE. IN ADDITION...PATCHY LIGHT SNOW OR FREEZING DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT THE AREA FOR THIS MORNINGS RUSH HOUR.
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF A DUSTING...ALONG WITH A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICE ON UNTREATED SURFACES.
* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS COULD DEVELOP WHEN TEMPERATURES DROP BELOW FREEZING THIS MORNING.
