01/01/15 WTPD arrested Michael Lebar, age 40, of Washington NJ, for a $5000.00 warrant out of Newark NJ. Mr. Lebar was processed and released with a new court date.

01/02/15 WTPD arrested Steven lawyer, age 27, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $589.00 out of Washington Borough and Bridgewater Township NJ. Mr. Lawyer was processed and released after posting bail.

01/02/15 WTPD arrested Austin Galante, age 20, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/02/15 at approximately 11:42PM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the first block Woodhouse Way in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with Mr. Galante, who was creating the disturbance. Mr. Galante was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance.

01/03/15 WTPD arrested Paul Ule Jr., age 22, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 01/03/15 at approximately 11:06 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for an inspection violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Ules’ arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the overdue inspection and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Mr. Ule was processed and released with a court date.

01/04/15 WTPD arrested Janice Gooden, age 49, of Washington NJ, for shoplifting and an outstanding $150.00 warrant out of Raritan Township NJ. On 01/04/15 at approximately 3:51 PM, officers were dispatched to the Shop Rite on 2 Clubhouse Dr. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifter. Upon arrival, the officer’s investigation revealed that Ms. Gooden had stolen $83.61 worth of merchandise and had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Gooden was processed and released with a court date.

01/04/15 WTPD arrested Kathleen Stewart, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/04/15 at approximately 2:12 AM, patrol observed Ms. Stewart in the first block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough causing a disturbance. Ms. Stewart was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a new court date.

01/04/15 WTPD arrested Marco Matteo, age 44, of Washington NJ, for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. On 01/04/15 at approximately 10:00 PM, patrol observed an occupied vehicle illegally parked on E. Johnston St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with the driver, Mr. Matteo, who was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/04/15 WTPD arrested Cynthia Sandrue, age 49, of Oxford NJ, for a $355.00 warrant out of Sussex Borough NJ. Ms. Sandrue was processed and released with a new court date.

01/05/15 WTPD arrested Talibah Jabbar, age 34, of Edison NJ, for a $165.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Jabbar was processed and released with a new court date.

01/05/15 WTPD arrested Jessica Tursi, age 21, of High Bridge NJ, Alexandra Combates, age 19, of Glen Gardner NJ, and Angelo Parolari, age 21, of Hampton NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 01/05/15 at approximately 10:52 PM, patrol was dispatched to a reported erratic motor vehicle last seen in the area of Rte 31 S. and Broad St. in Washington Township. The officer located the suspect vehicle on Rte. 31 S. which resulted in all three individuals being charged with the possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Parolari, who was the driver of the motor vehicle, was also issued motor vehicle summonses for careless driving and possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. They were processed and released with court dates.

01/06/15 WTPD arrested Kendall White, age 21, of Hampton NJ, and Kyle Leger, age 19, of Clinton NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 01/06/15 at approximately 5:17 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on W. Washington Ave in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in both individuals being charged with the possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. White, who was the driver of the motor vehicle, was also issued motor vehicle summonses for a view obstruction and possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. They were processed and released with court dates.

01/07/15 WTPD arrested Sean O’Brien, age 44, of Washington NJ, and Holly Heffner-Kriss, and 40, of Washington NJ for an altercation hat had occurred at a gas station, Fuel 31 in the 400 block of Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Heffner-Kriss being charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. O’Brien was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both parties were processed and released with court dates.

01/07/15 WTPD arrested Alan Brewster, age 53, of Morrisville Pa., for an $892.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Brewster was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

01/07/15 WTPD arrested Kerri Guarriello, age 28, of E. Stroudsburg Pa., for outstanding warrants totaling $1724.00 out of Washington Borough NJ. On 01/07/15 at approximately 10:28 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough use of a cell phone while driving. The officer found that Ms. Guarriello had several outstanding warrants. She was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for use of cell phone while driving, failure to provide documents, a view obstruction and driving while suspended. Ms. Guarriello was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
01/08/15 WTPD arrested Nicole Nieves, age 22, of Succasunna NJ, for a $130.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Ms. Nieves was processed and released with a new court date.

01/09/15 WTPD arrested Sean Dewitt, age 23, of Washington NJ, for shoplifting and an outstanding $211.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. On 01/05/15 at approximately 10:25 PM, Mr. Dewitt was observed by Quick Chek security cameras stealing an $8.97 pizza from the Belevidere Ave store. Mr. Dewitt was processed and released with a court date.
