The National Weather Service has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory from 10 am this morning to 5 p.m. for light freezing rain with around a trace of ice accumulations.
Freezing rain will begin in the morning and very cold surfaces and roadways will become ice covered.
Winds will be from the south from 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph and temperatures will be in the low 30s.
Instructions:
A Freezing Rain Advisory means that periods of freezing rain or freezing drizzle will cause travel difficulties so be prepared for slippery roads by slowing down, use caution while driving and give yourself plenty of time and room to avoid any potential hazardous driving situations.
