Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency Declared for Wednesday Night and Thursday Night, 1/21 & 1/22. Warming Center to open.
The weather forecast and low overnight temperatures and wind chill for Wednesday and Thursday nights meets the criteria to declare a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency. A warming center will be opened each night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following morning for anyone seeking shelter from the cold.
The shelter will be located at the First Presbyterian Methodist Church, 8th St. & Landis Ave.
Please direct anyone exposed to the elements to this location for shelter.
