01/10/15 WTPD arrested Allen Bandrowsky, age 44, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1141.00 out of Hackensack and Hammonton Township NJ. Mr. Bandrowsky was processed and released after posting bail.

01/10/15 WTPD arrested Cody Zeigler, age 19, and Kimberly Zeigler, age 47, both of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants.. On 01/10/15 at approximately 5:06 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township, for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Zeigler’s arrest for an outstanding $89.00 warrant out of Bernards Township. Mrs. Zeigler responded to post Mr. Zeigler’s bail was subsequently arrested for an outstanding $750.00 warrant out of Readington Township. Both were processed and released after posting bail.

01/11/15 WTPD arrested Emilie Phillips, age 19, and James Cornish, age 20 both of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 01/11/15 at approximately 2:29 AM, patrol checked a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the municipal lot behind W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Ms. Phillips and Mr. Cornish arrest for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Phillips was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the possession of CDS motor in a motor vehicle. Both subjects were processed and released with a court date.

01/11/15 WTPD arrested Brandon Shimoda-Kelson, age 29, of Washington NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Shimoda-Kelson was processed and released with a new court date.

01/04/15 WTPD arrested Cynthia Sandrue, age 49, of Oxford NJ, for a $355.00 warrant out of Sussex Borough NJ. Ms. Sandrue was processed and released with a new court date.

01/11/15 WTPD arrested Marco Matteo, age 44, of Washington NJ, for trespassing. On 01/11/15 at approximately 5:09 PM, patrol found Mr. Matteo on the property of The Washington Theatre 165 E. Washington Ave, Washington Borough. The responding officer made contact with, Mr. Matteo, who was not allowed on the property by order of the Washington Borough Fire Prevention Official. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/12/15 WTPD arrested Treylin Walls, age 20, of Easton Pa., and Yvonne Walls, age 54, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants. On 01/12/15 at approximately 10:08 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver, Ms. Yvonne Walls arrest for outstanding warrants totaling $3103.00 out of Phillipsburg, Pohatcong Township, Middlesex Borough and Mansfield Township. The passenger, Ms.Treylin Walls, also had an outstanding $250.00 warrant out of White Township. Ms. Trelin Walls was processed and released with a new court date. Ms. Yvonne Walls was processed and turned over to Phillipsburg.

01/13/15 WTPD arrested Michael Jones, age 30, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $300.00 warrant. On 01/13/15 at approximately 8:21 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough, for an equipment violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Jones’ arrest for an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Jones was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for an unclear license palate, failure to exhibit documents and failure to change address. He was released with a new court date.

01/13/15 WTPD arrested Robert Pucci, age 22, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrant totaling $717.00 out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Pucci was processed and released after posting bail.

01/13/15 WTPD arrested Rebekah Cordell, age 22, and Gerard Pickett, age 25, both of Washington NJ. On 01/13/15 at approximately 10:13 PM, officers were dispatched to the first block of Flower Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officer’s investigation revealed that Ms. Cordell had outstanding warrants totaling $1782.00 out of Greenwich Township. She was processed and turned over to Greenwich Township PD. Mr. Pickett was processed and issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was released with a court date.

01/13/15 WTPD arrested William Haskell, age 21, of Flemington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/13/15 at approximately 10:39 AM, patrol was investigation an erratic motor vehicle complaint in the first block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough when Mr. Haskell causing a disturbance. Mr. Haskell was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

01/14/15 WTPD arrested Scott James Jr., age 26, and Alicia Kemple, age 26, both of Oxford NJ for outstanding warrants. On 01/14/15 at approximately 10:17 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Hill St. in Oxford Township for a motor vehicle violation. The officer’s investigation revealed that the passenger, Ms. Kemple had an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Washington Township. The driver, Ms. James also had an outstanding $500.00 out of Washington Borough. Both parties were processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

01/16/15 WTPD arrested Frank Merentino, age 34, of Newton NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Merention was processed and released with a new court date.

01/16/15 WTPD arrested Gordon Jackson, age 28, of Beverly NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Gordon was processed and released with a new court date.

01/16/15 WTPD arrested Marc Burns, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a $100.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark NJ. Mr. Burns was processed and released with a new court date.

01/16/15 WTPD arrested Michael Jones, age 30, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Jones was processed and released after posting bail.

01/17/15 WTPD arrested Richard Burke, age 50, of Tobyhanna Pa., for driving under the influence (DUI). On 01/17/15 at approximately 12:36 AM, an officer stopped the motor vehicle Mr. Burke was operating on Rte. 31 in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Burke’s arrest for (DUI). He was processed and charged with DUI, speeding, failure to maintain lanes and for a view obstruction. He was released with a court date.

01/17/15 WTPD arrested Raymond Masino, age 59, of Washington NJ, for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Masino was processed and released with a new court date.

01/18/15 WTPD arrested Michael Pulsinelli, age 25, of Washington NJ, Luke Machtemes, age 21, of Washington NJ and Philip White, age 29, of Oxford NJ. On 01/18/15 at approximately 1:32 AM patrol was dispatched to the Draught House in the 200 block of Rte. 31 in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival, he spoke with the manager in reference to the disturbance. The officer’s investigation resulted in the following charges. Mr. Pulsinelli and Mr. White were charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Machtemes was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. All parties were processed and released with a court date.

01/18/15 WTPD arrested Joseph Duca, age 50, of Oxford NJ, for harassment. Mr. Duca was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

01/18/15 WTPD arrested Paul Millheim, age 22, of Washington NJ, for a $61.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Millheim was processed and released after posting bail.

01/18/15 WTPD arrested Brian Carvatt, age 22, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $548.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Carvatt was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

01/19/15 WTPD arrested Allison McEvoy, age 25, of Oxford NJ, for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, a local ordinance for interfering with a police officer and a local ordinance for disorderly conduct. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00 bail.

01/19/15 WTPD arrested Donte Garris, age 25, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding w $641.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. On 01/19/15 at approximately 3:05 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for driving while suspended. The officer made contact with the driver, Mr. Garris, who was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended, and released with a new court date.

01/19/15 WTPD arrested Glenn McCormick, age 59, of Malaga NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Ms. McCormick was processed and released with a new court date.

01/20/15 WTPD arrested Tobias Daniels, age 22, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Daniels was processed and released with a new court date.
01/20/15 WTPD arrested Joshua Taylor, age 30, of Stanhope NJ, for a $165.00 warrant out of High Bridge Borough NJ. Mr. Taylor was processed and released with a new court date.
