We are investigating a series of robberies, the first of which occurred in Mountain View at the Walgreens located at 121 East El Camino Avenue on Friday, December 12, 2014. On this date at around 9:00PM, an unknown suspect entered this Walgreens demanding oxycodone from the pharmacy and threatened the pharmacists with what he referred to as a bomb. The suspect, whom we would like to identify, then left the store. During this incident, a local bomb squad was called in to assist with the device, which was found to be harmless.

Then, on Friday, December 26, 2014 at around 5:44PM, the same individual targeted a Walgreens in Morgan Hill located at 745 E. Dunne Avenue. Using similar tactics, the suspect demanded oxycodone and clonazepam and left behind a box indicating it was a bomb. Again, this turned out not to be a legitimate bomb.

On Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 3:24PM, the suspect robbed another location in Morgan Hill, but this time it was the Rite Aid located at 16000 Monterey Road. This time, the suspect showed the pharmacists a note demanding oxycodone and that he had two bombs in his bag. However, in this incident there was nothing left behind like in the two prior cases.

The suspect is described as a:
-White male
-Between 5’11 and 6’2″
-Medium build
-Believed to be in his 50’s
-Described as having raspy voice and wrinkled skin

Here is what makes this suspect unique:
-Wears a matte, black, full-faced motorcycle helmet
-Black motorcycle jacket and pants with reflective striping; although he was seen wearing blue jeans during the Rite Aid robbery
-Black backpack
-Sunglasses
-Black ski-type mask
-Was seen on what was described as a sportbike motorcycle
