The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow from 5 am to 10 pm Saturday, heavy snow possible with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches of snow, winds from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph and temperatures in the mid 20s.

Light snow will develop Saturday morning then become heavy at times especially late morning and afternoon. The snow should taper off and end late Saturday afternoon or evening.

The possibility of heavy snow would bring travel difficulties, visibilities less than a half-mile are possible.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
