At Risk / Missing Adult (Alzheimer's) Ly Keosybodounheuang LOCATED and Returned Home 
Mr. Keosybounheuang was found in the Menifee area this morning at about 9:00 AM. He had apparently fallen near a residential area and a citizen called the fire department. Mr. Keosybounheuang was transported to a local area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. He was treated and released to family members and is home safe.
