Fairview residents: Vehicles parked in No Parking areas are subject to tow. Please observe the "Emergency No Parking" signs on poles and meters. Vehicles are subject to tow by borough ordinance due to the impending storm. Roadways need to be clear of vehicles so crews will be able to conduct curb to curb snowplowing and snow removal.
