On 1/16/2015 The West Monroe Police Department began investigating sex crime that occurred in the 400 Block of Browning Avenue in West Monroe, LA.
Investigation determined Taylor exposed himself to the juvenile and attempted to persuade the victim into having sexual intercourse with him several times.
On 1/30/2015 an arrest warrant was issued for Frazier Taylor, for the charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile and illegal use of CDS in the presence of a minor. The bond amount has been affixed at thirty-five thousand dollars.
