Roscommon 911 Reports CHARTER Phone Land Lines are down in parts of the Roscommon County. Most notably in the Townships of LYON, GERRISH, MARKEY and LAKE. However, there are reports in the other Townships as well. If you have an EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911 FIRST. If phone out of order, please go to your Local Fire/EMS stations which are being manned. CHARTER is looking into the problem.
