A snow emergency has been declared in Milan effective at 12 PM today. No parking is permitted on any public streets throughout the duration of the snow emergency. Cars found parked on public streets in violation of this declaration are subject to immediate impound. This declaration is required as a matter of public safety, to enable safe and effective plowing operations, and to insure the efficient removal of accumulating snow.
