City of Howell Snow Emergency Lifted, 4:30 pm, Feb 2nd. 
The City of Howell is lifting the snow emergency effective 4:30 pm, Monday February 2nd. We thank City residents for their assistance during the recent snow event.
A reminder trash pick-up has been delayed one day, Monday pick ups will be on Tuesday and Tuesday pick-ups will be Wednesday.
