Snow Emergency Declared Again! 
The City of Clarinda will declare a snow emergency as soon as 2 inches of snow has accumulated. No parking will be allowed on city streets until plow crews have cleared the streets and the snow event has ended. Violators will be ticketed and vehicles subject to towing and impoundment.
