Seeking your help w/ a Critical Missing Adult (mental capacity of a 3 yr. old). 
The El Monte Police Department is seeking your assistance. At 10:15 am, Jason Guillen age 19, was last seen at the 10900 block of the Valley Mall (Golden Ox Burgers). Jason has the mental capacity of a 3 year old. He was last seen wearing a white "Hollister" t-shirt, gray pants and often wears a Santa hat. Jason frequents the Valley Mall area.
