01/30/15 WTPD arrested Britnee Becker, age 26, of Oxford NJ, for an outstanding $1000.00 warrant out of Denville Township NJ. On 01/30/15 at approximately 6:10 PM, patrol checked the welfare of a female walking along Rte. 31 and Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township. The female, identified as Ms. Becker, was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was processed and released after posting bail.

01/31/15 WTPD arrested David Best, age 56, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. Mr. Best was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

01/31/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Trimmer, age 47, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $1000.00 warrant out of Greenwich Township NJ. Mr. Trimmer was processed and released to Greenwich Twp. PD.

02/01/15 WTPD arrested Tina Gochmonosky, age 44, of West Creek NJ, for an outstanding $30.00 warrant out of Sea Side Borough NJ. Ms. Gochmonosky was processed and released after posting bail.

02/01/15 WTPD arrested Emily Deangelis, age 25, of Effort Pa, for an outstanding $114.00 warrant. On 02/01/15 at approximately 4:20 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough, for an expired registration. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Deangelis’ arrest for an outstanding $114.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg NJ. She was processed and issued motor vehicle summons for an unregistered motor vehicle and released with a new court date.

02/01/15 WTPD arrested Efrain Hernandez, age 35, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant. On 02/01/15 at approximately 2:11 AM, patrol conducted a traffic stop on Youmans Ave in Washington Borough, for a motor vehicle violation. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Hernandez’s arrest for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Elizabeth NJ. Mr. Hernandez was processed and issued motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended. He was released after posting bail.

02/02/15 WTPD arrested Mario Gaulden, age 18, and Kanjaksha Katta, age 26 both of Washington NJ. On 02/02/15 at approximately 1:54 PM, patrol responded to the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough to locate a Mr. Katta who was a wanted person out of Bergen County NJ. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Katta being arrested on the NCIC Superior Court Warrant. He was also charged with hindering apprehension, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Katta was processed and lodged in the WC Jail. Mr. Gaulden was charged with possession of over 2 pounds of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute a CDS (marijuana), possession with intent to distribute CDS (marijuana) within 500 feet of a public park and endangering the welfare of a child. Mr. Gaulden was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.

02/03/15 WTPD arrested a juvenile male for simple assault and disorderly conduct. On 02/03/15 at approximately 9:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a physical dispute on the sidewalk in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in a juvenile being charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent.

02/03/15 WTPD arrested Edward Pancaro, age 44, of Kearney NJ, for a $2762.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Pancaro was processed and released with a new court date.

02/04/15 WTPD arrested Richard Bell, age 53, of Labelle Pa, for a $1358.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township NJ. Mr. Bell was processed and released to Mansfield Township PD.

02/05/15 WTPD arrested Shawn Leahy, age 45, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. Mr. Leahy was processed and released with a new court date.

02/05/15 WTPD arrested Vashona Blanchard, age 40, of Washington NJ, for a $175.00 warrant out of Woodbridge Township NJ. Ms. Blanchard was processed and released with a new court date.

02/06/15 WTPD arrested Austin Evans, age 20, of Hampton NJ, Shelly Fisher, age 19, and Kelly Callas, age 26, both of Washington NJ. On 02/06/15 at approximately 10:01 PM, officers were dispatched to the Shop Rite on 2 Clubhouse Dr. in Washington Township for a shoplifting complaint. Prior to patrol’s arrival, the reported shoplifters attempted to drive off and were stopped by patrol. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Callas and Ms. Fisher being charged with shoplifting for taking several boxes of hair dye and a board game. Both Ms. Callas and Ms. Fisher were processed and released with a court date. Mr. Evans was charged with possession of CDS (heroin), possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Evans was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

02/07/15 WTPD arrested Randy Castles, age 43, of Washington NJ, for a $114.00 warrant out of Helmetta NJ. Mr.Castles was processed and released with a new court date.
