Upland Police Department wanted flier 
On 12/17/14 the victim's credit card was used for purchases in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. The photo in the flier depicts the suspect conducting the transaction in Upland and then driving away in a red car, possibly a Chevrolet Camaro.
