The weather forecast and low overnight temperatures and wind chill for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, February 12th to the 14th, meets the criteria to declare a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency. A warming center will be opened each night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following morning for anyone seeking shelter from the cold.
