WINTER STORM BLIZZARD NEPTUNE WILL IMPACT MULTIPLE STATES INCLUDING THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. MOST OF CAPE COD IS EXPECTED TO HAVE 8 TO 12 INCHES WITH MORE ACCUMULATIONS LOWER CAPE TOWNS. SNOW DRIFTS ARE LIKELY TO OCCUR WITH HIGH WIND SPEEDS FROM 30 TO 40 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 70 MPH ARE EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES WILL KEEP STEADY IN THE 30's AT THE START, BUT WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS DURING THE BLIZZARD DOWNFALL.
