The Emergency Parking Ban is still in effect. All vehicles need to be removed from all public ways. They are subject to ticket and/or towing at the owner's expense. In addition to impeding snow removal efforts emergency vehicles are also not able to get by some parked vehicles due to narrowing of street widths. Additionally, in blizzard conditions, it is hard to visualize cars parked that are covered in snow and blind into the field of vision creating a situation where it can be struck.
