Cooper, 20, of LaPorte for possession of precursors with intent to manufacture and possession of methamphetamine.  Skylar Daniels, 23 of Lapaz was arrested for possession of precursors with intent to manufacture.  State police also arrested Penny D. Burke, 53, of Knox for possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture.  The fourth individual David A. Hickman, 50, of Bremen was arrested by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department for possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and operating while intoxicated.
