According to Garland County Judge Rick Davis, County Offices will open tomorrow Tuesday February 17, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The Garland County Road Department, Garland County Environmental Services and the Department of Emergency Management will open at normal operating business hours. Garland County Road Crews have been applying salt and sand throughout the day to work on potential problem areas and will continue to do so. With the dropping overnight temperatures, the concern for refreezing of roads is substantial. We continue to ask the citizens of Garland County to use caution when traveling.
