02/07/15 WTPD arrested Scott Lauler, age 38, of Washington NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law and resisting arrest. Mr. Lauler was processed and released with a court date.

02/08/15 WTPD arrested Dexter Bullard, age 28, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/08/15 at approximately 11:14 AM, patrol was dispatched to Dunkin Donuts on Rte. 31 and Rte. 57 in Washington Borough for a subject causing a disturbance. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Bullard being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Bullard was processed and released with a court date.

02/09/15 WTPD arrested John Erzak III, age 42, of Washington NJ, for an outstanding $114.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg NJ. Mr. Erzak was processed and released with a new court date.

02/09/15 WTPD arrested Allison McEvoy, age 25, of Oxford NJ, for simple assault. Ms. McEvoy was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1,500.00 bail.

02/14/15 at approximately 01:51 AM WTPD officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of W. Warren St. in Washington Borough, NJ for a man experiencing a drug over dose. Upon the officer’s arrival, they located a 22 year old male who was unconscious and not breathing. The officers determined that the man was experiencing a drug over dose and quickly administered the anti-opiate drug, Narcan. The man regained consciousness and was transported by the Washington Emergency Squad to St. Luke’s Hospital (Warren) for treatment.

02/14/15 WTPD arrested Brian Crawford, age 31, of Washington NJ, for two counts of simple assault, two counts of criminal restraint and harassment. Mr. Crawford was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7,500.00 bail.

02/16/15 WTPD arrested Robert Black, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/16/15 at approximately 3:05 AM, patrol was dispatched to the first block of Rymon Rd. in Washington Township for a disturbance. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Black being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Black was processed and released with a court date.

02/16/15 WTPD arrested David Murphy, age 34, of Hackettstown NJ, for criminal mischief and an outstanding $250.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township. Mr. Murphy was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
