Giles County Sheriff's Investigators along with Investigators from an Alabama Sheriff's Department and federal agents executed a search warrant at the residence of Michael Chad Gibbons in southern Giles County yesterday. The warrant was for computers and devices or other items involving the sexual exploitation of minors. Investigators removed several electronic devices from the residence and thirty-one year old Gibbons was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. Gibbons remains in the Giles County Jail with bond set at $100,000. Further charges are pending as the case is still under investigation.
