According to the National Weather Service another round of snow and sleet will move across a good part of Oklahoma and Texas this morning and afternoon.  Higher snow and sleet totals are expected in southern Oklahoma and North Texas.  This will certainly cause very hazardous driving conditions. If you have to drive give yourself plenty of time to get where you are going and drive slowly.  Try to avoid bridges and overpasses.
