The weather forecast and low overnight temperatures and wind chill for Monday through Saturday, February 23-28 meets the criteria to declare a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency. A warming center will be opened each night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following morning for anyone seeking shelter from the cold.
The warming center will be located at the First United Methodist Church, 7th St. & Landis Ave.
