Smoke testing this week in the Historic District of Folsom. 
The City of Folsom is conducting sewer testing using smoke in the Historic District of Folsom this week. The smoke is not toxic and EPA approved. It some cases smoke may enter homes or business. Please do not hesitate to call 9-1-1 if you believe the smoke is coming from an actual fire and not part of the test.
