Upland Police Department Wanted Flier 
On 2/6/15, the pictured subject attempted to conduct a purchase at a Target store in Upland using four $100 bills. The notes were determined to be counterfeit. The subject told the informant that he had conducted a return earlier in the day at another business where he was given the notes. The subject then left the business. The informant indicated that during the incident he saw that the subject's wallet appeared to contain additional $100 bills.
