The Corona Police Department has updated their Strategic Plan for 2015-2018. Each year the department updates their plan in order to meet the needs of the organization and the community we serve. With a great team effort, we were able to address all aspects of last year’s plan. Many of the larger goals from last year will once again be seen continued in this plan, as they are multi-year programs and projects. Like last year's plan, the department will continue to collaborate with our community groups, specifically Corona Police Community Partnership, as well as the community as a whole, in seeking input and providing updates as to our progress.
