Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews completed water main and road repair on Aaala Street by 1:00 AM and re-opened it to regular traffic. A 12-inch main break had closed down Aala Street between North Kukui Street and Vineyard Boulevard since 5:50 AM Wednesday morning.
The BWS thanks area residents and motorists for their patience and understanding as its crews worked as quickly as possible to restore water service and the roadway.
